Multichannel campaign for IGO Promo (B2B promotional items company), with the goal of reaching out to their inactive customers. An A4 flyer with a scratch&win code was sent out to the target group. The QR code connected them to the website landingpage to find out which discount (on their next purchase) they won. The back side of the flyer showed an infographic about IGO Promo history, with the intent of updating the old customers on the company's name change (from IGO Post to IGO Promo). The campaign was successful in all countries IGO Promo is active: the Netherlands, Belgium, DACH region, France, UK, Ireland and the Nordics. The campaign was created at Plato Group marketing office, in Barcelona in September 2019.
