Multichannel campaign for IGO Promo, promotional products e-commerce company. The goal was to reach out to their inactive customers, in all the markets in which the company was present.


An A4 flyer with a scratch&win code was sent out to the target group. The QR code connected them to the website landing page to find out which discount (on their next purchase) they won.


The back side of the flyer showed an infographic about IGO Promo history, with the intent of updating the old customers on the company's name change (from IGO Post to IGO Promo).


The project involved:

  • designing the Scratch & Win campaign logo and illustrations;

  • designing the flyer and adapting it to all the target markets;

  • preparing the flyers for print;

  • designing the banner ads for the campaign landing page;


Tools used: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
